This registry is a part of the Clinical Trials Network Coordinating Center (CTNCC) for Lyme and other Tick-borne Diseases at Columbia University. The CTNCC supports the conduct of research that focuses on identifying more effective treatments for patients with Lyme and other tick-borne diseases. This registry provides a means by which researchers can identify individuals who may be interested in participating in certain research studies. Individuals in the registry may be contacted by research staff about studies that may be of interest to them.

To enroll in the Lyme CTN Registry, you'll go through the following steps:

2. Electronically sign a consent agreement
3. Create an account to access your registry information
4. Complete a survey regarding your experience with Lyme and other tick-borne diseases
